Nbaji Bet Terms & Conditions — Complete Betting Policy in Plain English

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Nbaji Bet platform. Nbaji Bet is an online Sports Betting platform designed for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all of the terms set out below.

Nbaji Bet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes are applied constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 BDT.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Depositing via another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 BDT will not be processed without identity verification.

4 Betting Rules

Bet Placement

The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed on Nbaji Bet are final. No changes can be made once a bet is confirmed. Nbaji Bet bears no responsibility for bets that fail to go through due to network issues.

Match Cancelled or Postponed

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, your bet will be fully refunded.
• If a match is suspended after it has started, a 48-hour window will be allowed for the result to be determined.
• If a match is not completed within 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• For in-play bets, the outcome of any portion already completed may remain valid.

Betting Limits

Nbaji Bet sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each market. For unusually large bets, Nbaji Bet reserves the right to carry out additional verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

Nbaji Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. General terms are outlined below:

• Each user may use a promotion once only.
• Bonuses can only be used for betting on Nbaji Bet.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the bonus period expires.
• Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently may result in account closure.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nbaji Bet:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
2. Participating in match fixing or any form of illegal activity.
3. Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
4. Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
5. Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
6. Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
7. Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

7 Account Suspension or Closure

Nbaji Bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• In the event of failure to verify identity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Nbaji Bet is committed to returning any valid balance if an account is closed, unless the balance was obtained through fraudulent activity.
